As an early member of our Growth team, you'll drive ambitious bets to accelerate our go-to-market motion. You'll have significant autonomy to own growth goals and lead high-impact experiments across the business.
You'll need the business instinct and creativity to brainstorm and prioritize dozens of growth experiments each week, the technical skills to execute them end-to-end using light code and tools like Clay, and the analytical mindset to track, learn from, and optimize a portfolio of high-velocity outbound initiatives.
More specifically, you'll need:
2+ years of experience as an operator, investor, or engineer at a high-intensity, high-growth company, with a track record in building systems that drive business outcomes
Fearless experimentation - you will run ninety‑nine failed experiments if it means the hundredth becomes the inflection point. You always are thinking out of the box and are unafraid to fail.
Relentlessly execution-oriented - you bias toward action, are down to dive into the weeds, and do whatever it takes to ship.
Systems thinker - you are excited by hard distribution problems and committed to building growth engines that scale rather than one‑off hacks.
Excellent communicator & collaborator - you are able to lead cross‑functional projects and rally engineering, product, and sales around a shared growth goal.
