Salon Business Development Manager - Mid-Atlantic (Philadelphia/Washington, DC)

Nutrafol is a pioneering hair wellness company focused on clinically tested products for hair growth. They seek a Salon Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region to drive salon sales growth and brand loyalty through new business development and existing client management.

Skills

  • Service-oriented and adaptable to different personality types
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Slack, and Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees
  • Manage and develop new and existing salon business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Salon Director to implement sell-in and sell-through strategies
  • Deliver in-salon presentations and product education classes
  • Launch and support new salon and retail accounts
  • Achieve individual revenue and new business goals
  • Support retail sales through merchandising and promotional activities
  • Maintain systematic meeting schedules with assigned accounts
  • Plan and assist with regional and national business development events
  • Travel up to 70% for fieldwork and client meetings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience
  • Salon professional and outside sales experience in the salon industry required
