Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for 12-15 front-line manufacturing associates weekly
- Source, screen, engage, assess, and close candidates efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with hiring managers
- Participate in and organize hiring events, including off-hour support
- Optimize recruitment processes and utilize ATS tools like Greenhouse
- Champion diversity and continuous improvement in hiring practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not strictly required
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications considered a plus
