What You’ll Do
- Source and identify qualified general dentists and specialists through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from initial contact and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and practice leaders, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
- Maintain organized tracking of candidates in our ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling job posts and recruitment materials.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in the dental industry, regional compensation expectations, and licensure requirements.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or dental recruiting (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of dental industry trends and DSO operations.
