Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large employer clients, serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
- Maintain high client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty with measurable success.
- Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to unlock new business opportunities and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Provide consultative guidance on supporting working parents through Maven’s programs.
- Handle client escalations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve services.
- Conduct strategic performance analysis and lead client communications including business reviews and events.
- Advocate client feedback internally to influence product and marketing enhancements.
- Identify root causes of challenges and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Make informed decisions ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
