Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP and proposal response processes across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs, sales, marketing, and legal teams for tailored content gathering.
- Maintain and update reusable proposal content libraries.
- Proofread and format proposal documents ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with post-submission debriefs and content improvement initiatives.
- Support client and benefit operations during low-volume RFP periods.
Education
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
