Performance Account Director

Later is a leading enterprise software company in social media and influencer marketing, providing brands and agencies the tools to scale creator partnerships and optimize social commerce. They are looking for an experienced Performance Account Director to manage top enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and foster strategic relationships.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and navigating sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and derive insights.
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet KPIs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagement initiatives like strategy sessions and business reviews to demonstrate Later’s capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance with actionable insights alongside the Affiliate Team.
  • Develop tailored success plans and identify opportunities for client growth and upsell.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact through onboarding, upsell, expansion, and renewal phases.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvements.
  • Represent Later at industry events and foster relationships with influential marketing leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and initiatives.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related fields.
