Responsibilities
- Own the UX strategy and execution for a product area from concept through delivery.
- Translate complex business and technical goals into user-centric design solutions.
- Drive iterative, data-informed design decisions aligned with agile development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to deliver modular, scalable designs.
- Serve as the Figma expert, building components and managing the design system with modern practices.
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs.
- Incorporate qualitative and quantitative user insights from research and data science teams.
- Design data-intensive B2B interfaces such as dashboards and reporting tools.
- Stay informed on social trends, marketing workflows, and influencer ecosystems to guide product development.
- Lead and support other designers ensuring cohesive execution across projects.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
