Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth in Parts, Service, and Rental sales by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role acts as a key liaison between customers and MHI’s internal teams—ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and alignment with company service standards. The BDM will also maintain and nurture relationships with newly acquired accounts to ensure long-term success and account maturity.
