Client Success Manager, SMB (Self-Service)

Later is a leader in social media and influencer marketing software, enabling brands to scale creator partnerships and manage campaigns across major social networks. They seek a Client Success Manager, SMB (Self-Service) to drive customer retention, growth, and overall success within a dynamic SaaS environment.

Skills

  • Experience in a revenue-generating customer success, account management, or sales role in SaaS, Martech, or agency environments.
  • Strong strategic leadership, creativity, and connectivity mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams to achieve customer success.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor making actionable, strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders including executives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for assigned book of business ensuring mutual customer and company growth.
  • Prioritize customer platform adoption and educate on the full Later ecosystem capabilities.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and manage time effectively within a significant book size.
  • Build and nurture Success Plans towards customer goals.
  • Establish strong, trusted adviser relationships with clients from onboarding through renewal.
  • Identify key executives facing high-value challenges and connect Later’s solutions to business goals.
  • Act as the 'Voice of Customer' for product development, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Later’s products and services value.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
