The Opportunity
As a Project Manager focused on implementations, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing our technology to life for some of the world’s leading retail brands. From kickoff to go-live, you’ll lead customer-facing projects that turn complex requirements into smooth, successful deployments.
This role is more than managing timelines — it’s about owning the delivery experience. You’ll drive implementation strategies, align cross-functional teams, and ensure every project meets scope, schedule, and customer expectations. Your ability to translate business needs into action will be critical to delivering value from day one.

The impact you'll make
- Lead various internal and client projects from planning to delivery
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Translate complex business needs into clear project plans and timelines
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, always moving the ball forward
- Own client management ensuring there is clear direction and accountability throughout the project
- Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned through clear communication and documentation
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting accountability and transparency
- Make a meaningful impact on how major retail brands use technology to grow and scale
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience managing software or SaaS projects
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments
- Familiarity with retail tech, ecommerce, or B2B SaaS platforms is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excel in proactive and timely communications, both internally and externally
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead meetings and influence across teams
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

Our work space
We understand that our teams need flexibility, which is why we follow a hybrid schedule. Our in-office days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and employees are allowed to work remotely on Wednesdays and Friday.
