Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of key people programs such as New Hire Orientation, Employee Handbook rollouts, and benefits activations.
- Design, facilitate, and improve training programs aligned with employee needs and business goals.
- Drive complex People Operations projects ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Develop clear, consistent, and empathetic employee communications for lifecycle changes.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, track effectiveness, and inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence and business leaders to advance people initiatives.
- Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts for people programs.
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution with accountability and care.
- Take on additional opportunities supporting broader People strategy and organizational goals.
- Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
Education
- Relevant experience in project management, learning and development, or HR space.
