  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople
  • Manage day-to-day performance of sales team
  • Lead weekly and monthly team meetings
  • Track sales team metrics and report data
  • Coach and develop direct reports
  • Implement performance plans
  • Embody company culture and maintain engagement
  • Meet pre-determined revenue goals
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other applications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
