Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, and respond to alerts from the Huntress platform.
- Perform tactical review of EDR telemetry, log sources, and forensic artifacts to determine root causes.
- Conduct tactical malware analysis as part of alert investigations.
- Investigate suspicious Microsoft M365 activity and recommend remediations.
- Assist escalations from Product Support regarding threat-related and SOC queries.
- Contribute to detection engineering and tuning efforts.
- Participate in projects to enhance analyst and partner outcomes.
- Collaborate within a team environment for mutual skill development.
