We’re seeking a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple departments—including operations, sales, and customer success. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you’ll manage multiple open roles simultaneously, own the full recruitment cycle, and partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling a variety of roles, and has experience in volume recruiting—either in-house or in an agency setting.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of corporate and non-technical roles
Own multiple requisitions at once with speed, focus, and attention to detail
Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions, posting, and interview coordination
Conduct candidate screens focused on experience, communication, and fit
Keep the ATS organized, accurate, and audit-ready
Recommend and implement strategies to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
2+ years of experience in high-volume or agency recruiting
Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and fast-changing priorities
Experience hiring for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to mid-management
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work remotely and independently, with availability in PST or EST hours
Background in franchise, retail, or service-based hiring
Boolean search expertise and creative sourcing techniques
Strong calendar and pipeline management capabilities
