- Define, expand and facilitate employee trainings
- Calculate, validate and process employee payroll
- Research, vet and implement compelling benefits offerings
- Collaborate with executive team members to define compensation bands
- Manage corporate compliance (Workers Compensation, Unemployment Insurance)
- Process standard annual and quarterly corporate filings
- Build and strengthen company culture and brand
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding
