Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish)
Remote | Full-Time | Must Work EST Hours | Focus: U.S. & South America Markets
About the Role
We’re seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to join our growing remote sales team and drive revenue across English- and Spanish-speaking markets. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and help expand our reach across both the U.S. and South America.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business
Build strong relationships with clients across English- and Spanish-speaking markets
Lead virtual sales calls and deliver customized presentations based on client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
Track sales activities and maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive with a proven record of closing deals
Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across cultures
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management
Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
Preferred Qualifications
B2B sales experience in diverse industries
Familiarity with business practices and cultural expectations in U.S. and Latin American markets
Experience working on a remote, international sales team
