We’re an early-stage startup building next-generation solutions at the intersection of AI and data-driven innovation. As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll be a critical part of our growth team—owning the top of the sales funnel, prospecting new business, and qualifying leads that fuel long-term revenue.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s proactive, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll work closely with account executives and marketing to optimize outreach, experiment with new tactics, and lay the foundation for scalable customer acquisition.
Launch and manage outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels
Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings
Use tools like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize outreach
Collaborate with AEs and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates
Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting
Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Gong, HubSpot)
Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach
Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration
