Sales Training & Growth Program Manager

Juul Labs is on a mission to transition the world from combustible cigarettes to safer alternatives. We are looking for a Sales Training & Growth Program Manager to lead impactful training initiatives that drive performance and commercial results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver national sales training programs.
  • Develop scalable ongoing training focused on consumer engagement.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and other stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Conduct market visits and assessments of training effectiveness.
  • Integrate tools like DISC into training content.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced training in adult learning or instructional design is a plus
