Responsibilities
- Manage global onboarding including Right to Work, background checks, and new hire documentation.
- Oversee global contract creation, background checks, and contingent onboarding support.
- Develop and optimize scalable People tools and processes focused on efficiency and automation.
- Support international entity establishments and annual People processes such as performance and compensation.
- Serve as key contact for team member inquiries and maintain global People templates and visa processes.
- Partner with Finance for monthly payroll updates and ensure data integrity across People systems.
Education
- No specific degree required, but relevant experience in People Operations strongly preferred.
