Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Manage projects from planning through implementation including scoping, timelines, milestones, and communications
- Use data and analytics to define success metrics, monitor progress, and inform recommendations
- Collaborate with HR Data team to analyze trends for decision making
- Develop scalable, consistent HR solutions aligned with company priorities
- Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring and transformations
- Ensure alignment of projects with company culture, business strategy, and compliance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or program management
