Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
- Design the observability maturity journey of customers.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks.
- Advise clients on best practices for leveraging technology.
- Collaborate with clients to develop technical roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for clients to optimize and expand their use of solutions.
- Drive the adoption of our product suite to maximize value.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.
- Prepare and present reports on client metrics and achievements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or a related field
