PRIORITY Quality Consultants is looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst for a Long-term Freelance Partnership. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to identify business needs, gather requirements, and develop innovative solutions that drive productivity and efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding client requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for technology and operational teams. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:

• Supporting the Project Manager in technical client meetings and ensuring effective communication of project goals.
• Designing and executing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) in both internal and client environments.
• Developing online help tools, user manuals, and training materials for users and administrators.
• Conducting user and administrator training sessions and providing ongoing support during production and warranty phases.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and supporting users throughout the lifecycle of solutions.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
• Conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses to support project decisions.
• Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and discuss project progress.
• Creating detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Assisting in the testing process and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and tools, as well as process mapping methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
