Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor your sales team
- Develop a pipeline to help over-achieve revenue targets
- Direct sales activities by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Build and maintain an annual sales plan in support of our organizational strategy
- Meet with prospects and strategize with sales representatives to help close deals
- Help the team prepare for QBRs and HBRs
- Enable Account Executives in developing strategic relationships with decision-makers
- Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, and Customer Support teams
