Implementation Support Consultant

Location Details: This role is hybrid with up to 4 days on-site at the FAA Headquarters in Washington D.C. with up to 50% travel as needed.


Evans is hiring a Sr. Program Analyst resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform high-level program support functions that assist in organizational and strategic development while managing overall program coordination. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in sustaining client and stakeholder relationships with a focus on tactical and strategic program effectiveness.


  • 20 years related experience in business/ financial operations, scheduling or implementation of strategic business initiatives that define/increase organizational effectiveness and efficiencies is required. 
  • Ability to be travel as required to support Implementation activities.
  • Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and to support FAA management up to the executive levels.
  • Works with limited supervision as part of the program management team whose core responsibility is to analyze, and report on data collected.  
  • Provide advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the ATO conducts business. 
  • Generate program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. 

Requirements

  

  • Coordinate site activities with local facility stakeholders, Engineering Services, and other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Conduct onsite E-IDS deployment activities and support timely resolution of implementation issues.
  • Collect and document implementation data, stakeholder input, and lessons learned for use in deployment records and future planning.
  • Coordinate with PMO personnel to facilitate communication, reporting, and resolution of actions arising from site activities.
  • Perform installation and configuration of E-IDS HW and SW. Serve as a E-IDS HW SME and provide direction and guidance to local personnel in all matters concerning E-IDS HW installation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily schedules in coordination with Air Traffic, ES/TSSC, and SSC personnel.
  • Review site documentation and equipment orders to ensure consistency with E-IDS design requirements and implementation plans.
  • Substantial travel to local facilities for E-IDS site activities.

Compensation

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
