The Opportunity:

We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!

This individual understands the importance of a culture starting with the heart and allowing those around them to show up as their best, most authentic selves. A strong sense of ethics and integrity, a passion for people, and desire for growth and learning will make this candidate successful.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

    2. Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.

    3. Maintain and update all computer records.

    4. Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.

    5. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

    6. Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.

    7. Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.

    8. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

    NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Complete all payroll records for proper signature.

    2. Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from HR computer system.

    3. Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

    4. Check HR internal mailbox and post outgoing HR mail.

    5. Assist with quarterly locker checks.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication
  • Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a service-focused culture
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
  • Perform with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience with Workday (or equivalent HRIS) is helpful but not essential
  • Previous experience working in hotels or hospitality preferred.

About Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville

A soaring new landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons pays homage to the city’s creative spirit. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units, the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views. The hotel features 25,330 sq ft of meeting space, Mimo Restaurant and Bar, a luxury spa, and an outdoor pool deck.
