Responsibilities: Assess training needs, design and implement training programs, monitor effectiveness, oversee employee onboarding, and manage vendor relationships.
Skills: Strong background in training, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in training software, and experience with Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or HR; 10+ years in training, preferably in automotive; knowledge of sales and service processes.
Location: Position may be remote or based in Columbia, SC, with future relocation to a Scout corporate location; in-person meetings and occasional travel required.
Compensation: $150000 - $180000 / Annually

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
