This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates in our recruitment database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Fluency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and English is essential.
- No prior recruitment experience is required; full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in helping others.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
