Responsibilities
- Build and lead the marketing data program as the senior quantitative leader on the Marketing team
- Own and manage data and reporting for paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Deliver clear and visually appealing performance reports to leadership
- Manage and optimize the marketing email program with audience segmentation
- Track and report campaign and email program performance metrics
- Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies to measure effectiveness and identify trends
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate ROI and optimize budget allocation
- Collaborate across teams including content, sales, and product development to align analytics with business goals
- Present data-driven insights to senior management to influence strategic decisions
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in data, analytics, or related fields
