The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our lifecycle team and focus on marketing for our millions of users in the enterprise consideration funnel and at existing enterprise accounts that use Grammarly. This team member will play a significant role in growing the business by optimizing campaigns to drive new leads, prompting the use of the Grammarly product, supporting the setup of enterprise features, synthesizing performance data, prioritizing process improvement, and program optimization. email and in-product marketing programs supporting Grammarly’s Lifecycle Marketing strategies. 

In a brand new role within our growing lifecycle team, you will play a key part in growing our sales-enabled business lines by executing on initiatives focused on growing user engagement within the B2B business and deepening our relationships across the organization.

On any given day in this role, you will:

  • Own the day-to-day execution of email and in-app campaigns within our Iterable platform, including building, scheduling, and testing customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and campaigns between marketing, operations, analytics, and revenue teams. This includes project planning, proactive communication, expectation setting, training, and documentation.
  • Pull and analyze data and reporting, including campaign-level tracking and sharing hypotheses and insights around top metrics.
  • Use a hypothesis-driven approach to execute on experiment and A/B testing opportunities.
  • Managing systems, efficiencies, troubleshooting, and process tweaks to ensure streamlined campaign and program execution

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with lifecycle marketing (or related functions like Growth or Demand Generation), bonus if in a B2B, product-led, or technology industry
  • Has experience working cross-functionally with both marketing and non-marketing teams to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and productivity at scale.
  • Can analyze and pull meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Has the ability to weigh a variety of inputs and tasks against strategic goals with strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Understands first principles around email marketing, journey and automation, data analysis, segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and a nuanced understanding of what converts for certain audiences.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future

United States:

Zone 1: $98,000 – $134,000/year (USD)

Zone 2: $88,000 – $121,000 /year (USD)
