Summary
As an Event Programs Specialist, you will support the execution of Wiz’s global event strategy by managing the operational and logistical details that ensure seamless event delivery. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, legal, and finance to help deliver polished executive meetings and high-impact strategic event experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own administrative processes related to vendor management: open purchase orders, track invoices, and coordinate payments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate with the legal team to manage event-related contracts and compliance documentation.
- Support event logistics including transportation, hotel room blocks, and registration workflows (e.g., via Salesforce).
- Provide on-site support at major conferences, assisting the Strategic Events Manager with setup, attendee experience, and real-time problem-solving.
- Help coordinate executive meeting logistics to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
- Manage inventory and swag for the corporate events team — ensuring materials are organized, tracked, and event-ready.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2-3 years of experience in event / marketing operations or a related role — preferably in tech or cybersecurity.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across departments.
- Willingness to travel.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
