- Oversee maintenance requests and lease renewal programs.
- Track arrears and support rent payment processes with legal team coordination.
- Manage accounting transactions, purchase orders, and respond to communications promptly.
- Perform other operational duties to maintain workflow and schedules.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in related fields preferred.
