The Director, HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and HR solution provider to leadership across assigned client functions. The scope of this role includes a global workforce of 50 or more employees in multiple countries and sits on the functional leadership teams of assigned client groups. Further, the position has enterprise-level responsibility for one or more global HR processes, working as part of a team to develop strategy and execution with the goal of strengthening key organizational capabilities across the enterprise. This position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and work out of our Waltham, MA office. We embrace a flexible workplace that accommodates a mix of in-office and home office work; the successful candidate should be comfortable coming into the office on a weekly basis, exercising judgment to optimize in-person interaction with key stakeholders as needed.

Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $179,000 - $247,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.
