Great Minds is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market Training and Development to lead training initiatives and enhance alignment within their Sales & Success team, focusing on effective onboarding and internal training programs.
Responsibilities: Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs for the Sales & Success team, collaborate on product launch training, and maintain internal communication channels and resources.
Skills: 10+ years in education or curriculum sales, 7+ years in sales training design, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong background in education or curriculum sales required.

Job Purpose
The Director, Go-To-Market Training and Development plays a pivotal role in enhancing training effectiveness, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and fostering knowledge-sharing within the Sales & Success organization. The base salary range for this position is $158,000 - $168,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
