Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is looking for a Principal/Senior Principal Organization Effectiveness Consultant to join the AS Human Resources Organization Effectiveness (OE) team. This position will report to the Senior Director, Organization Effectiveness for AS.
As a member of the OE team, the successful candidate will help lead efforts to assess, develop and deliver outcome-based strategies and solutions in partnership with program managers and executives, as the assigned OE/Talent Advisor to our Aeronautics Systems sector divisions and programs. The successful candidate will collaborate within and across HR; consult across business lines and take a data-driven approach to assessing talent development needs in our divisions and programs. Additionally, they will take an employee-centric approach to developing and adapting effective and impactful solutions; and where appropriate, consult on organization design and organizational culture initiatives, change management approaches and best practices, team effectiveness and operating systems assessments, leadership effectiveness, L&D consultations, and employee coaching engagements.

Principal: $78,700 - $118, 100 / Senior Principal: $98,100 - $147,100
Palmdale California Salary Ranges
Principal: $91,200 - $136,800 / Senior Principal: $113,500 - $170,300
Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $147,100.00Salary Range 2: $91,200.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
