Cengage Group is seeking a Remote HR Employee Services Partner to enhance employee experience and effectiveness through strong relationships and expert guidance in HR practices.
Responsibilities: The HR Employee Services Partner will advise employees and leaders, manage sensitive employee relations matters, support organizational projects, and ensure excellence in the employee experience.
Skills: Required skills include HR experience, conflict resolution, strong communication, project management, and teamwork, with a preferred experience in Workday and HR certifications.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3-5 years of HR experience are required; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR designation is preferred.
Location: This position is fully remote based in the USA.
Compensation: $70000 - $85000 / Annually

As part of the HR Services Center of Excellence and reporting to the Sr Director, Employee Services, the HR Employee Services Partner will focus on developing strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to enhance the experience and effectiveness of our organization’s talent by delivering a consistent and repeatable approach to Cengage Group’s policies and practices. Working with Talent Strategy Partners and other Centers of Excellence, including HR Operations, Talent & Inclusion, and Total Rewards, the HR Employee Services Partner will play a key role in ensuring employees feel supported and enabled at each step of their Cengage journey.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD
