Cengage Group is seeking a remote Compensation Program Manager to design and manage competitive global compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance talent attraction and retention.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing and administering compensation programs, managing global compensation practices, leading technology implementations, performing analytics, and ensuring compliance with compensation-related regulations.
Skills: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of global compensation experience, along with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in sales incentive and equity plan design, knowledge of Workday HCM, and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
Location: This is a fully remote position available in the US.
Compensation: $95000 - $110000 / Annually

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD
