Job Description:
The primary role is to support Triage and Transitions RNs (Registered Nurse). This individual will focus on ensuring consistent, reliable, and high quality clinic processes, protocols, workflows, and training for RNs and clinic teams. This role will strongly collaborate with the Practice Administrators, Clinic Managers and partner with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy and other system resources.

This position is a hybrid position which will require both remote and in-person/on-site visits. If you are currently an internal caregiver for Intermountain Health, you must reside in either CO or MT close to an Intermountain care site. If you are not a current caregiver for Intermountain Health and are applying externally, you must currently reside in Colorado or Montana near an Intermountain Health care site.

Required: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
