Job Responsibilities:
Be a Talent Strategist: Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent across Finance and IT.
Source Proactively: Leverage creative sourcing techniques, networking, and tools to uncover and engage high-potential candidates-well before roles are open.
Deliver Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador at every stage of the hiring process, ensuring candidates feel respected, informed, and excited to join the organization.
Own the Process: Effectively manage end-to-end recruitment using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday), maintaining timely communication and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Build Relationships That Matter: Engage with internal partners including People Partners, hiring leaders, and onboarding teams to ensure alignment, communication, and a smooth handoff.
Champion KBR: Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that reflect our culture and mission while attracting best -fit candidates. materials that showcase KBR's unique employer brand and attract the best fit.
Foster University Relations: Build and maintain partnerships with universities to identify and attract top talent from academic institutions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of successful professional recruiting experience, preferably with a strong focus on Finance and IT functions
A proven ability to build pipelines of exceptional talent and influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization
Previous experience with recruiter metrics, internet sourcing skills, and Workday (Applicant Tracking System) experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences
A desire to learn and adapt and contribute ideas to help shape the recruitment strategy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholders
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement
