Responsibilities
- Discover, design, build, and iterate on new and existing products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design systems.
- Develop and refine design system components.
- Conduct and analyze user research to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with product and executive teams to define product requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to design team members.
- Ensure products meet usability standards and user needs.
- Advocate for user-centric design throughout development.
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies for design integration.
- Maintain UI consistency with brand guidelines.
- Gather and incorporate peer and stakeholder feedback iteratively.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic/Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
