Senior Product Designer, AI (Remote in North Carolina)
Skills
- 7-10 years experience in digital product design, preferably in SaaS or B2C.
- Experience designing complex user flows and intuitive interfaces.
- Expertise with AI-driven products, especially generative AI tools or ML-based UX.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping techniques.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and design end-to-end AI-enhanced legal product solutions.
- Create accessible and user-friendly interfaces from wireframes to polished prototypes.
- Leverage AI capabilities to reimagine user flows and innovate customer experiences.
- Design clear human-AI collaboration flows to improve usability and trust.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Apply data insights and experimentation results to iterate and improve designs.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems across mobile, web, and AI experiences.
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure high quality and consistency in design.
Education
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related field.
