Responsibilities
- Build and lead a Creative Studio team across design, video, content, and ideation.
- Drive unified creative strategies integrating Augmented Broadcast, Dynamic Video, and Creative Services.
- Lead ideation sessions producing high-impact concepts for partners across brands, agencies, and broadcasters.
- Translate business and marketing challenges into compelling creative narratives using Genius Sports technology.
- Serve as senior creative consultant to global partners, exploring innovative use of tools and platforms.
- Present campaign ideas and prototypes to C-level stakeholders with clarity and vision.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to deliver fan-first creative experiences.
- Oversee creative project execution ensuring high quality from pitch to delivery.
- Manage workflows, resourcing, and project prioritization within the studio team.
- Partner with product, data, and broadcast engineering teams to integrate creative with technology.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in relevant fields.
