Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor for key external partners to align business objectives and drive outcomes.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives educating Customer Success teams on solutions and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Define KPIs and joint strategies to measure and optimize partner performance.
- Track and communicate the business impact and value realization of partnerships.
- Collaborate internally to maximize partner-driven revenue and platform adoption.
- Advocate partner feedback to influence product and program enhancements.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Contribute to development and scaling of AvidXchange’s Partner Success Program.
Education
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
