Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building meaningful, long-term partnerships. Once a client is up and running, you step in—not to sell, but to support, engage, and champion their success. This role is all about forging trust, ensuring smooth day-to-day experiences, and guiding clients to get the most out of our software platform.

You’ll be the steady hand behind client retention, system adoption, and satisfaction—keeping clients informed, empowered, and heard. If you love solving problems before they become problems, proactively communicating, and being a dependable partner for clients, this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients—nurturing strong, trust-based relationships
  • Keep a pulse on client health and engagement; proactively check in before they even know they need it
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for internal teams, advocating for improvements and solutions
  • Help clients navigate and leverage the platform—sharing best practices, tips, and new feature updates
  • Lead regular strategy and satisfaction check-ins, ensuring clients see ongoing value
  • Partner with onboarding teams to create a seamless post-implementation transition
  • Spot patterns in client feedback to help shape our product roadmap and service approach

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or other customer-facing roles in SaaS, technology, or facilities services
  • Exceptional people skills—you're a natural communicator and relationship-builder
  • A proactive mindset: you anticipate needs, follow up, and follow through
  • Confidence managing multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with technology and experience using CRM or customer engagement platforms
  • A collaborative spirit—you work well across departments and genuinely care about client outcomes
