Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Admin (temp) to assist with project management tasks. This position will support our logistics/project management team by handling various administrative duties, ensuring smooth project operations, and contributing to the successful execution of projects.

This is a temporary position expected to last 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Organize meetings
  • Maintain project calendars
  • Coordinate project timelines with various team members and stakeholders
  • Documentation
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of reports, presentations and SOP’s
  • Take all meeting notes and distribute to necessary parties
  • Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for project related inquiries
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external partners
  • Data Entry & Management
  • Maintain project database
  • Input data accurately and generate reports as needed
  • Support Tasks
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing project material, and managing supplies

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or project management preferred
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, preferably in a project management related environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Smart Sheets, Miro and Microsoft Project a plus
