The Senior Manager/Associate Director of Incentive and Awards, Oncology is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of effective incentive compensation plans (and support) that align with the company’s strategic objectives for AZ US Oncology teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive a high degree of customer service and business alignment. Within the Oncology Business Excellence team, this role will report to the Director, Field Deployment & Incentive Compensation based in our Gaithersburg, Maryland office.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage incentive compensation plans and contests that motivate and reward employees for achieving individual, team, and organizational goals within US Oncology.
Ensure programs are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with internal and external policy
End to end accountability and management for the key deliverables, including quarterly payouts, accrual support, IC analysis, dashboard design and process improvement. Understand and manage internal FSIP operational tools and processes
Conduct regular analysis of compensation programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Partner with the Oncology Commercial reporting team to ensure consistencies between reporting and FSIP
Act as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation, providing guidance and training to new hire and current sakes force as needed
Influence decisions, issue resolutions and business alignment within commercial operations, HR, Finance, compliance, vendors and field teams. Resolve challenges or issues that arise with the administration of the plans

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to review and publish high quality FSIP deliverables

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $138,296 to $207,444. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
