JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate the recruitment, development, and retention of classified staff talent aligned with the District's strategic initiatives. Conduct recruitment activities to source qualified talent and develop effective programs for classified staff retention.

Support the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes for Classified Support staff. Support the planning and organizing of job fairs and recruiting events focused on classified positions.
