Responsibilities
- Define and lead the total rewards philosophy including cash, stock-based compensation, and benefits globally.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation and long-term incentive design across functions and geographies.
- Oversee benefits and wellness programs ensuring competitiveness, scalability, and inclusivity.
- Manage company job architecture and career frameworks aligned globally and across functions.
- Drive selection and implementation of systems and vendor relationships including 401(k) and international benefits.
- Lead annual planning cycles such as benchmarking, merit reviews, and bonus planning.
- Establish governance framework for total rewards programs including approval workflows and stock compensation policies.
Education
- Relevant higher education credentials in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
