Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Work Remotely in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

About the Role:
Engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions designed to support emotional wellness and life transitions.
Position Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits
Key Functions:
- Conduct virtual sessions addressing client-specific concerns.
- Assist clients with stress, motivation, and personal development.
- Work closely with a professional team to optimize mental health care.
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or ability to obtain).
- Hands-on experience in individual, family, or group therapy.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse client populations.
- Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive care.
