Program Manager - Recruiting Technology

Applied Intuition, a leader in vehicle intelligence, is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager to develop and scale AI-driven automation tools that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. This role requires collaboration with engineering, recruiting, and operations teams to innovate and integrate recruiting technology within the hiring process.

Skills

  • Experience with recruiting systems, operations, or technical program management
  • Product mindset with a history of launching automation or internal tool programs
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and GEM
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and backend logic
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and systems thinking approach

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale recruiting automation infrastructure including AI sourcing agents and co-pilot tools
  • Develop integrated workflows by connecting ATS, CRM, scheduling, and candidate-facing systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement backend system integrations
  • Create tools that automate manual recruiting tasks and surface actionable insights
  • Launch candidate portals and real-time feedback systems to improve hiring experience
  • Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies with a focus on measurable impact
  • Manage recruiting metrics infrastructure for data-driven decision-making
